Who we are

This store is operated by the Maple View Middle School PTO, a volunteer parent organization supporting Maple View Middle School. Spirit wear is printed and fulfilled on our behalf by Deseret Peak Promo. Profits from every order go back to the PTO and fund activities at the school.

Placing an order

Anyone may order — you do not need an account. At checkout we ask for your name, email address, and phone number so we can identify your order and contact you about it.

Every item is made to order. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; the order is accepted when your payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example, a product is discontinued by the printer — we will contact you and refund it in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. A 3% processing fee is added at checkout and shown separately in your order summary before you pay; it helps cover the cost of accepting card payments so that more of each order reaches the school.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us or by the school. We keep only a payment reference, which lets us match a payment to your order and issue a refund if one is owed.

Delivery through the school

Orders are not shipped to your home. Everything is delivered through Maple View Middle School. Once your order is printed, the PTO collects it from the printer, sorts it, and hands it to your student at school.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the date you order until your student receives it. Made-to-order printing and the school collection step both take time, and orders may be produced in batches. We will email you when your order is ready.

You can check where your order is at any time using the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Orders that are not collected

If your order is not picked up, we will work with the school office to get it to your student, and we will contact you using the email address and phone number you gave at checkout.

If we cannot reach you and the order remains uncollected, we will donate the items to the school so they can go to a student who needs them. Uncollected orders are not refunded — the items were already produced for you — so please keep an eye out for our messages and let us know if your contact details change.

Returns

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or a change of mind. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it. The full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Product appearance

Product images show the school logo applied to a representative garment photo. Actual garments, print placement, and color may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and screen colors differ between devices. Minor variation of this kind is normal for printed apparel and is not considered a defect.

Using this site

Please use this store only to place genuine orders. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other people's orders, or use it in a way that breaks the law. School logos, names, and mascots belong to Maple View Middle School and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Our responsibility

We are a volunteer parent organization and we run this store in good faith. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it — which, in practice, means we will refund or replace the item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute relating to an order will be handled in the Utah courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and the terms in effect when you placed your order are the ones that apply to it.
